Kim + Caileb >> Engaged

I've known Caileb for a while now. I befriended him when I became active in the Houston Project M scene and traveled with the members to photograph them competing at tournaments. After meeting and clicking well with Kim at their engagement party, the duo reached out to me to document their journey! We met up at Hermann Park to shoot their engagement session followed by margs and mojitos after at Chuy's. It's truly more fun and intimate when you're working for good friends.

Elke + Josh

I never shot an engagement session at a graffiti park before. Elke was scouting a few throughout Houston and it was exciting to explore and strategically avoid phallic shapes when composing Elke and Josh in front of murals. I am definitely going to recycle this location. The two are absolutely precious and I am ecstatic to document their Indonesian and Western fusion wedding in October!
